As their rivalry continues, JL starts noticing more cracks in Han’s confident facade. He pushes himself relentlessly, sometimes even beyond his limits. One night, JL finds him alone on the rooftop, looking unusually serious.
“Han?” JL approaches cautiously.
Han exhales, rubbing his neck. “You ever wonder if you’re good enough? If all this effort even matters?”
JL is caught off guard—this isn’t the usual cocky, playful Han. This is someone hiding doubt behind bravado.
